* fix(chat): render reasoning card inside bubble and preserve persistence

Move ReasoningCard inside AssistantBubble and preserve reasoningText across REST re-fetches, MessageStart, and buffer flushes.

* style(chat): resolve ktlint unused imports and blank line formatting
