M57andM57 b28440d659 fix(auth): use ServerEndpoint in relogin() to fix HTTPS/proxy 404 (#812) ...

relogin() hardcoded http://host:port, dropping scheme + path prefix. Use
endpointForBuild().resolve(...) like connectBasicAuth(). Fixes #802.
