* perf: Hoist regexes in MarkdownText.kt to avoid recompilation
Resolves a performance issue where `bulletRe`, `taskRe`, and `orderedRe`
were instantiated and compiled inside the `parseBlocks` function on every
call, causing unnecessary overhead during repeated markdown parsing (e.g.,
when chat messages stream in).
These regex objects have been hoisted to file-level `private val`
constants (`BULLET_RE`, `TASK_RE`, `ORDERED_RE`), ensuring they are compiled
only once when the class is loaded.
A benchmark `MarkdownTextBenchmark.kt` was added to verify the
performance change, showing an approximate 50ms improvement over 10k
iterations.
