fix(aiturk): tell the agent the CLI launcher name for bash-style terminals

The media skill now says to use `aiturk.cmd` there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012wwqJMAuhMBMWvsvNLFGb9
